Mangalam Cement's board approved audited standalone financial results for FY25 (year ended March 31, 2025) with an unmodified opinion from auditor Singhi & Co. Revenue from operations fell to Rs. 168,098.78 lakhs from Rs. 172,548.09 lakhs, a decline of about 2.6%. Net profit dropped to Rs. 4,506.31 lakhs from Rs. 5,971.66 lakhs (~24.5% lower), and EPS fell to Rs. 16.39 from Rs. 21.72. Profit before tax also declined to Rs. 6,998.90 lakhs from Rs. 9,911.05 lakhs. Operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs. 18,763.40 lakhs. The board recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (face value Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval, and appointed Pinchaa & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term (FY26–FY30).
A lower dividend (Rs. 1.50 vs likely higher expectations given weaker earnings) and a sharp fall in annual profit may pressure the stock in the near term, though steady operating cash flow and an unmodified audit opinion provide some comfort.
