Mangalam Cement's Board has approved audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, with auditors issuing an unmodified opinion. Full-year revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,68,098.78 lakhs, down from Rs. 1,72,548.09 lakhs in FY24, while net profit fell to Rs. 4,506.31 lakhs from Rs. 5,971.66 lakhs. EPS for FY25 came in at Rs. 16.39 versus Rs. 21.74 last year. The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share (same as last year), subject to shareholder approval, with the record date set as 15-May-2025. Q4 FY25 revenue grew to Rs. 50,289.64 lakhs from Rs. 43,730.52 lakhs a year earlier, though Q4 net profit dipped slightly to Rs. 1,690.87 lakhs. Pinchaa & Co. has also been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting FY26.
Stable dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (unchanged YoY) provides predictable income but the sharp fall in full-year profit and revenue may weigh on investor sentiment. Stock may see mild support near the record date as eligibility for the dividend is fixed.
