MD steps down, stays on board as Non-Executive Director

Mr. Chandragupt Prakash Mangal steps down as Managing Director and is redesignated as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from close of business hours on June 26, 2026. He remains on the board. His brother Chanakya Prakash Mangal continues as Managing Director. The board also fixed July 27, 2026 for the 16th AGM via video conferencing, set July 17, 2026 as record date for a final dividend of Rs 0.01 per share of face value Rs 1 for FY ending March 31, 2026, and approved an enabling resolution for conversion of outstanding loans into equity shares subject to shareholder approval.
