Promoter Yatin Sanjay Gupte and PAC Wardwizard Solutions India Pvt Ltd have disclosed acquisition of 6,49,18,403 equity shares of Mangalam Industrial Finance Ltd under a Rights Issue allotted on 1st December 2025. Yatin Sanjay Gupte received 2,84,24,299 shares and Wardwizard Solutions received 3,64,94,104 shares. Post-allotment, Yatin Sanjay Gupte holds 5.98% and Wardwizard Solutions holds 7.68%, taking combined promoter group holding from 13.50% to 13.66%. The increase in percentage is marginal because the total share capital also expanded from 9.61 crore to 14.25 crore shares due to the rights issue itself. No encumbrance (pledge) was created on the acquired shares.
