Intimation of receipt of request for reclassification

Mankind Pharma has received a request from Ayushi and Poonam Estates LLP to be reclassified from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category. The LLP was originally part of the promoter group because it was owned by relatives of the promoter (Poonam Juneja and Ayushi Juneja Sikri). The entire ownership of the LLP has now been transferred to Chalet Hotels Limited and Sonmil Industries Private Limited through their nominees. Importantly, the LLP does not hold any equity shares in Mankind Pharma and exercises no control over the company. The request will be placed before the board of directors for consideration, along with any other required approvals under SEBI Regulation 31A.
