The company reported strong Q4 FY25 results with revenue of INR 705.10 crore, up 29% YoY and 41.7% QoQ. EBITDA grew 24.3% YoY to INR 45.62 crore, while PAT rose 30.1% YoY to INR 26.75 crore. For the full year FY25, revenue increased 10.9% YoY to INR 2,384.02 crore with PAT growing 24.1% YoY, taking total showroom count to 21 after adding 6 stores. Management outlined expansion plans including about 10 silver jewellery showrooms and one ultra-premium "Visesha" showroom in Visakhapatnam (6000+ sq ft, targeting September opening, INR 150-200 crore first-year revenue target). Gross margins came under pressure due to high gold prices forcing more discounts to drive walk-ins, and management is guiding to 10-12% top-line growth for FY26 with capex of around INR 21-22 crore.
Solid Q4 print and a clear store expansion roadmap into higher-margin silver and premium jewellery formats are positives for the growth story. Near-term watchpoint is gross margin compression from gold price volatility, and management deferred several specific data requests (inventory mix details, dividend policy, SSSG bifurcation), which may keep some investors wanting more clarity.
