Manraj Housing Finance Ltd has informed the stock exchange that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from 20th September 2025 to 29th September 2025 (both days inclusive) on account of its 35th Annual General Meeting. The AGM is scheduled for Monday, 29th September 2025 at 10:30 am at the company's registered office in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. The cut-off date for determining members eligible to vote on AGM resolutions has been fixed as 20th September 2025. Remote e-voting will be open from 26th September 2025 (9:00 am) to 28th September 2025 (5:00 pm), after which voting will be available only at the AGM through NSDL e-voting or ballot paper.
Shareholders will not be able to trade or transfer shares during the book closure window from 20th to 29th September 2025. Investors holding shares by 19th September 2025 will be eligible to participate in the e-voting process and attend the AGM.
