Savani Financials Limited, an RBI-regulated NBFC operating under the Mantra Capital brand, shared a business update for its first full year of operations. The company crossed Rs. 25.89 crores in Assets Under Management (AUM) with a 100% secured lending portfolio. It completed a rights issue of Rs. 48.98 crores in April 2024 to capitalise the business, opened 15 branches across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and NCR, and built a team of 116 employees. The company focuses on two product lines — Secured Business Loans (Loan Against Property) and Secured Green Loans (EV financing) — and signed a strategic alliance with Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Ltd for the EV finance business. Management indicated FY26 will focus on scaling up AUM and achieving sustainable profitability.
This is a positive early-stage milestone showing the company has executed its build-out plan, but the Rs. 25 crore AUM base is very small for an NBFC, meaning the stock remains a high-risk, early-stage growth story where future AUM growth and profitability will be the key drivers for shareholders.
