Maple Infra Trust AGM: all 3 resolutions passed unanimously

Maple Infrastructure Trust held its 5th AGM of unitholders on July 24, 2026 via video conferencing. All 3 resolutions passed unanimously with 100% votes in favour: (1) adopting audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2026, (2) approving the valuation report of trust assets as at March 31, 2026, and (3) appointing GT Valuation Advisors as Valuer for FY 2026-27. Voting turnout was 88.86 percent (about 42 crore of 47.28 crore units). No questions were raised by unitholders.
