Maple Infrastructure Trust has informed the BSE about the outcome of its Postal Ballot conducted through remote e-voting. The single resolution was to approve a revision in the remuneration of the Trust's Statutory Auditors. A total of 56 unitholders were eligible as of the February 26, 2026 cut-off date, of which 20 exercised their voting rights. Out of 47.27 crore total units, 43.97 crore units (93.00%) were polled, and all votes were cast in favour of the resolution with zero votes against. The resolution was deemed passed on March 29, 2026, with the requisite majority, and the scrutiniser's report by Mr. Jatin Prabhakar Patil of M/s. Mayekar & Associates confirmed the results.
This is a routine governance update. The unanimous approval suggests strong unitholder consensus on auditor remuneration. No material change in financials or operations is expected, and the impact on unit price is likely neutral.
