Maple Infrastructure Trust has submitted its annual full valuation report for FY25 to BSE, as mandated by SEBI InvIT regulations. Independent valuer BDO Valuation Advisory LLP assessed total assets at INR 51,666.79 million and net assets at INR 51,284.73 million, arriving at a Net Asset Value (NAV) of INR 145.6 per unit across 35.22 crore outstanding units. The trust holds two road SPVs: SJEPL (a 67 km six-lane stretch on NH-16 from Chandikhole to Bhubaneswar) valued at INR 23,319.8 million, and NEPEPL (a 135 km Eastern Peripheral Expressway stretch) valued at INR 73,666.7 million. Valuation was done using the Discounted Cash Flow method under the income approach, with both physical site visits and independent traffic and technical studies completed in March 2025.
This is a routine annual regulatory filing that provides unitholders with a transparent, independently verified benchmark of the underlying value of their holdings at INR 145.6 per unit. While the NAV itself is informational, a higher or stable valuation supports investor confidence in the trust's highway assets and may influence unit price discovery on the exchange.
