Maple Infrastructure Trust unitholders approve all 3 resolutions at 5th AGM

Maple Infrastructure Trust held its 5th Annual Meeting on July 24, 2026 via video conferencing. All three resolutions were passed unanimously with 100 percent votes in favour and zero against. Items approved were adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ending March 31, 2026, approval of the valuation report of assets, and appointment of GT Valuation Advisors Private Limited as Valuer for FY 2026-27. About 42 crore units representing 88.86 percent of outstanding units were polled.
