Maple Infrastructure Trust unitholders approve MAIF 4's acquisition of over 25% of units

Maple Infrastructure Trust unitholders approved MAIF 4 Investments India 2 Pte. Ltd.'s acquisition of more than 25% of outstanding units at the EGM held on June 15, 2026. Of the 10.17 crore eligible units voted (86.04% of eligible, excluding the sponsor's 35.46 crore units deemed a related party), 100% voted in favor. The 75% approval threshold by value was met comfortably. No questions were raised by unitholders. MAIF 4 appears to be a Macquarie-affiliated entity.
