Maral Overseas Limited has submitted copies of newspaper publications (Business Standard and Navbharat, dated 9th May 2025) of its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. For Q4 FY25, total income from operations stood at ₹28,148 lakh, up from ₹27,105 lakh in Q4 FY24, but the company reported a small net loss of ₹23 lakh versus a profit of ₹588 lakh in the year-ago quarter. For the full year FY25, total income rose to ₹1,06,960 lakh (from ₹98,298 lakh in FY24), yet the net loss after tax widened sharply to ₹2,420 lakh compared to ₹977 lakh in FY24. Basic and diluted EPS for FY25 came in at ₹(5.83) versus ₹(2.35) last year, and other equity (reserves) fell to ₹6,738 lakh from ₹9,003 lakh.
Despite revenue growth, the company has slipped deeper into losses and continues to erode shareholder reserves, which is a negative signal for investors. The weak profitability may weigh on the stock price in the short term.
