Trading window closed from July 1, 2026 till Q1 results declaration

Marg Techno Projects has informed BSE and MSEI that the trading window for dealing in its shares will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended June 30, 2026. All employees and directors have been told not to trade in the company securities during this period. The board meeting date for results will be announced separately. This is a routine SEBI insider trading compliance requirement ahead of results.
