Margo Finance Ltd has informed the BSE that its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 5th September 2025, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Video Mode (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, 29th August 2025 to Friday, 5th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM for the financial year 2024-25.
