Marksans Pharma delivered its highest-ever FY26 results with total income of ₹3,033 crore (up 12.8% YoY), EBITDA of ₹601 crore at 20.4% margin, and PAT of ₹420 crore. Q4FY26 alone saw revenue of ₹891 crore, EBITDA of ₹195 crore (22.8% margin), and PAT of ₹149 crore, all sequentially improving. The US remains the largest market at ₹1,533 crore (24% YoY growth) contributing 52% of revenue with 112 new SKUs launched. UK delivered a strong Q4 with highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹308 crore. Australia & NZ grew 19.9% to ₹303 crore, driven by 11 new Rx brand launches under Nova Pharma. The company entered new markets (Germany, Canada, Ireland), holds ₹990 crore cash, and achieved net cash positive status for over 5 years. Management flagged monitoring input cost pressures but remains confident in execution capability.
Strong execution with record revenue and margins positions Marksans well for continued growth, though rising input costs warrant monitoring. The expansion into Rx in Australia and new geographies adds diversification. Cash-rich balance sheet supports potential front-end acquisitions in Europe.
