Marsons Limited reported strong FY26 results with standalone revenue growing 45.5% to Rs. 24,503.09 Lacs from Rs. 16,836.22 Lacs in FY25. Profit After Tax surged 65.2% to Rs. 4,628.77 Lacs compared to Rs. 2,802.08 Lacs in the previous year. EPS improved from Rs. 1.63 to Rs. 2.69. The Board also approved a major capacity expansion - increasing annual manufacturing capacity from 12,000 MVA to 26,000 MVA by adding 400 kV/500 MVA class power transformers to the existing 220 kV product range. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials. Additionally, the company revalued assets worth Rs. 4,980.37 Lacs during the year.
