Maruti Infrastructure reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 1,234.80 lakhs, down about 11% from Rs 1,388.60 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Profit after tax for the quarter fell to Rs 25.60 lakhs from Rs 47.96 lakhs, a drop of roughly 47% year-on-year. However, on a nine-month basis, revenue jumped nearly 49.6% to Rs 4,218.10 lakhs from Rs 2,819.04 lakhs. Nine-month PAT surged to Rs 77.55 lakhs from just Rs 13.08 lakhs in the prior year period, though the comparison is on a very low base. Earnings per share stood at Rs 0.03 for the quarter and Rs 0.08 for the nine months. The statutory auditor issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
The weak Q3 print may pressure the stock in the near term, but the strong cumulative nine-month growth and improving profitability suggest underlying momentum remains positive for shareholders. Investors should watch whether Q4 can reverse the sequential revenue slowdown.
