Maruti Suzuki reported its highest-ever monthly sales of 220,894 units in October 2025, up about 7% from 206,434 units in October 2024. Domestic sales hit a record 180,675 units, driven by strong demand in the compact segment (76,143 units, up from 65,948) and utility vehicles like Brezza, Grand Vitara, and the new Victoris (77,571 units, up from 70,644). Vans (Eeco) also grew to 13,537 units from 11,653. Exports stood at 31,304 units, and cumulative April–October FY26 sales reached 12.99 lakh units versus 12.70 lakh units in the same period last year, aided by a sharp rise in exports.
Record monthly volumes and broad-based growth across compact cars, SUVs, and vans signal strong festive-season demand and improving product mix, which is positive for near-term sentiment. Export growth of over 30% year-on-year adds a further tailwind, though YTD domestic sales remain marginally below last year.
