Maruti Suzuki reported record-breaking performance for FY2025-26 with total sales of 2,422,713 units (up 8.4% YoY), comprising domestic sales of 1,974,939 units and exports of 447,774 units. Net Sales crossed INR 1,743,695 million, a growth of 20.2% over the previous year. Net Profit reached an all-time high of INR 144,454 million. For Q4 alone, Net Sales crossed INR 50,000 crore for the first time. Operating profit surged 30.4% to INR 44,092 million in Q4. The Board recommended the highest-ever dividend of INR 140 per share. Performance was driven by GST reduction impact in H2, though constrained by production capacity with 190,000 pending orders at year-end. Suzuki Motor Gujarat merged with MSIL effective December 2025.
Strong operational performance with record sales and profits; higher dividend signals confidence. However, production capacity constraints and low dealer inventory (12 days) may limit near-term upside despite robust demand.
