Master Trust Limited reported strong Q4 FY2026 results with total income of Rs. 1806.1 million, up 48.1% year-on-year, and profit after tax of Rs. 360.6 million, a 46.9% increase from Rs. 245.5 million in Q4 FY2025. However, full-year FY2026 performance showed a decline: total income fell 1.4% to Rs. 5758.5 million and PAT dropped 3.9% to Rs. 1260.9 million from Rs. 1312.4 million in FY2025. The company also successfully raised Rs. 30 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with listing approval from NSE. Master Trust operates 63 branches across 22 states with over 4.33 lakh registered customers and 1,390+ employees. Consolidated net worth grew to Rs. 8169.1 million as of March 2026.
Q4 FY2026 showed exceptional profitability growth but full-year FY2026 declined modestly, suggesting mixed performance. The Rs. 30 crore NCD raise strengthens the capital base for growth. Investors should note the divergence between strong quarterly momentum and weaker annual performance.
