Master Trust Ltd, a diversified financial services company (NBFC, equity/derivatives trading, wealth management, portfolio services), has published its audited financial results for Q4 and FY2025-26 in newspapers. Standalone Q4 total income grew 48.1% to Rs 83.00 million from Rs 50.10 million in Q4 FY25. Net profit before tax increased 30.2% to Rs 55.80 million from Rs 26.80 million. For the full year FY26, standalone total income rose 45.6% to Rs 291.50 million from Rs 200.2 million, with net profit before tax nearly doubling to Rs 197.90 million from Rs 101.5 million. Consolidated Q4 total income stood at Rs 5758.50 million with net profit of Rs 1724.80 million. EPS improved from Rs 0.6 to Rs 1.0 on standalone basis.
Strong quarterly and annual profit growth demonstrates improving operational performance. The near-doubling of annual net profit is positive for shareholders, though the large consolidated figures indicate the standalone results represent only a small portion of group operations.
