Mawana Sugars has confirmed the completion of dispatch of the 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) Notice along with the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2024-25, sent electronically to shareholders on June 5, 2025. The 61st AGM will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. via video conferencing. The Board has recommended a final dividend of 10% (₹1 per share on face value of ₹10) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval, with June 21, 2025 set as the record date. Remote e-voting will be open from June 25 (9:00 a.m.) to June 27 (5:00 p.m.) through NSDL.
Shareholders as on the record date of June 21, 2025 will be eligible for the ₹1 per share dividend, payable within 30 days of AGM approval. Shareholders holding shares in physical form must complete PAN-KYC and bank detail registration to receive the dividend, which will be paid only in electronic mode.
