Max Estates submitted its Investor Presentation for May 2025, detailing strong FY25 results: pre-sales of Rs. 5,321 Cr (300% YoY, surpassing guidance of Rs. 4,800-5,200 Cr) and consolidated revenue of Rs. 160.5 Cr with EBITDA of Rs. 45 Cr (27.7% margin) and PAT of Rs. 27 Cr. Lease rental income rose 67% YoY to Rs. 110.4 Cr, with 100% occupancy across all operational CRE assets (Max Towers, Max House, Max Square). The company achieved net debt zero with a net cash surplus of Rs. 435 Cr (cash of Rs. 1,785 Cr vs external debt of Rs. 1,350 Cr) and raised Rs. 950 Cr through QIP and preferential allotment. New York Life increased its commitment to Rs. 1,800 Cr+, and the company added two new projects — Sector 105 Noida (Rs. 3,000+ Cr GDV) and Delhi One (Rs. 2,000+ Cr GDV). FY26 pre-sales guidance is set at Rs. 6,000-6,500 Cr with a 3-year aspiration to reach Rs. 21,000 Cr GDV.
Positive signal for shareholders — the company beat its FY25 guidance on pre-sales, turned net debt zero, and is guiding for further strong growth in FY26. Robust leasing (100% occupancy at premium rentals) and expanding strategic partnership with New York Life should support continued investor confidence in the stock.
