Max Estates Limited has disclosed newspaper publications of its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 FY26 and the full year ended March 31, 2026. The Board approved these results at its meeting on May 22, 2026. Total income from continuing operations for FY26 stood at Rs 43,328.97 million compared to Rs 34,219.94 million in FY25, showing revenue growth. However, net profit after tax declined to Rs 18,385.44 million from Rs 22,133.52 million in the prior year. EPS (basic) for FY26 was Rs 9.71 versus Rs 13.30 in FY25. Operating margins also compressed from 24.25% to 20.47% during the same period. The results are published in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
While revenue grew approximately 27% year-on-year, profitability declined significantly with net profit down 17% and EPS falling from Rs 13.30 to Rs 9.71. The margin compression suggests rising costs may be impacting bottom-line performance despite higher sales. Investors should monitor operational efficiency and cost control measures.
