Ms. Konica Arora appointed as Additional Independent Director

Max Heights Infrastructure has appointed Ms. Konica Arora, a practicing Chartered Accountant, as Additional Independent Director on the Board effective 7 July 2026, to hold office until the next general meeting. The Board also noted the earlier resignation of Independent Director Mr. Manoj Kumar Pahwa effective 9 June 2026. Board committees were re-constituted, with Ms. Arora joining the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship committees. She has no relation with existing Directors.
