Max Heights Infrastructure has filed a revised scrutinizer's report for its 44th AGM held on 19th September 2025. The revision was needed because Item No. 6 (fixation of remuneration of Managing Director Mr. Naveen Narang) was incorrectly classified as a 'Special Resolution' in the original report, when it was actually passed as an 'Ordinary Resolution'. All 7 resolutions were approved with requisite majority, including adoption of financials, appointment of director, alteration of MOA and Articles, reappointment of Independent Director Mr. Gourav, MD remuneration, and appointment of M/s Shailendra Roy and Associates as Secretarial Auditor. Each resolution received approximately 99.99% votes in favour, except Item No. 6 which received 99.40% in favour, and was attended by 53 members.
This is a procedural correction and does not change the outcome — all resolutions remain validly passed. The reclassification of Item No. 6 as an Ordinary Resolution aligns the report with the original notice and is largely administrative. No material impact on shareholders or stock price is expected.
