Max India Limited's Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 12,500 equity shares (face value Rs. 10 each) to eligible employees under the ESOP Plan, 2020 on January 9, 2026. These shares were issued upon exercise of vested stock options. As a result, the company's paid-up equity capital increased from Rs. 52.45 crore (5,24,50,362 shares) to Rs. 52.46 crore (5,24,62,862 shares), representing a marginal rise of about 0.002% in the total share count. The disclosure has been made under SEBI LODR Regulation 30 and will also be hosted on the company's website.
This is a routine, small ESOP allotment with negligible dilution. No material impact on share price or shareholder value is expected — it simply reflects employees exercising previously granted stock options.
