Antara Assisted Care Services Limited (AACSL), the wholly owned subsidiary of Max India Limited, announced that its 53-bed Care Home in Noida Sector 66 has become the first senior care facility in Noida to receive NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers) Care Home Accreditation. This is the second facility in the Antara network to receive this recognition, after the Gurugram Care Home became the first in India to receive it in 2025. Antara is now the only assisted living provider with NABH-accredited care homes in north India. The company operates 8 facilities with 485 beds across Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru, and Chennai, and plans to extend NABH standards across all its care homes in Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, and Chennai.
This is a positive operational milestone that strengthens Antara's brand credibility and quality positioning in the senior care segment, which is a key growth area for Max India. While the accreditation itself does not have an immediate financial impact, it supports the company's strategy to scale its senior care business and could improve occupancy and pricing power over time.
