Maximus International Ltd (BSE: 540401) published the extract of its unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended 30 September 2025). On a consolidated basis, total income from operations rose to Rs. 4,707.77 lakhs, up from Rs. 3,621.87 lakhs in Q2 FY25 — roughly 30% year-on-year growth. Net profit after tax stood at Rs. 279.15 lakhs (vs Rs. 213.93 lakhs YoY), with H1 FY26 PAT at Rs. 511.67 lakhs versus Rs. 426.52 lakhs in H1 FY25. Standalone performance was much sharper, with turnover nearly tripling to Rs. 276.59 lakhs (vs Rs. 97.00 lakhs YoY) and profit after tax jumping to Rs. 114.07 lakhs from Rs. 10.86 lakhs. Basic and diluted EPS improved to Rs. 0.20 from Rs. 0.15 a year ago. Results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board on 8 November 2025.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profit on a consolidated basis, along with a dramatic surge in standalone earnings, signals improving business momentum and may be viewed positively by shareholders. The sharper standalone jump suggests subsidiaries or parent-level operations are gaining traction.
