Maximus International reported strong Q2 FY26 results with consolidated revenue from operations rising about 28% year-on-year to Rs 4,583.80 lakhs (vs Rs 3,584.28 lakhs in Q2 FY25). Consolidated net profit grew roughly 30% to Rs 279.15 lakhs (vs Rs 213.93 lakhs). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations jumped to Rs 276.59 lakhs from Rs 97 lakhs a year ago, and net profit surged to Rs 114.07 lakhs from Rs 10.86 lakhs. For the half year, consolidated net profit stood at Rs 511.67 lakhs (up from Rs 426.52 lakhs). The company operates in a single segment of manufacturing and trading in lubricant oils and petrochemical products, with foreign subsidiaries in the UAE and Africa. Auditor Shah Mehta & Bakshi issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth, especially in standalone numbers, signals improving business momentum and is positive for shareholders. However, the consolidated business continues to show negative operating cash flow (Rs -343.44 lakhs for H1 FY26), which is a watchpoint despite the profit growth.
