Mcap of 4 of top-10 most valued firms jumps ₹92,995 cr; HDFC Bank, Airtel top gainers

The combined market valuation of four of the top-10 most valued Indian firms jumped around Rs 92,995 crore last week, with HDFC Bank (up about Rs 35,808 crore) and Bharti Airtel (up around Rs 34,897 crore) emerging as the biggest gainers. The BSE Sensex declined 194.52 points (-0.25%) and the NSE Nifty dipped 63.95 points (-0.26%), snapping a four-week winning streak amid renewed geopolitical tensions in West Asia and a spike in crude oil prices. Reliance Industries retained its position as the most valued firm in the country.
