Medi Assist Healthcare Services announced multiple board-level changes on May 15, 2025. The Board re-appointed Dr. Vikram Jit Singh Chhatwal as Chairman cum Whole-Time Director and Mr. Satish V N Gidugu as Whole-Time Director & CEO, each for a five-year term starting March 1, 2026. Dr. Ritu Niraj Anand was also re-appointed as Independent Director for a second five-year term beginning March 15, 2026. All three re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval. Separately, Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer Ms. Simmi Singh Bisht resigned to pursue other career opportunities, effective June 12, 2025.
