Medi Caps has informed shareholders about a SEBI circular dated Jan 30, 2026 opening a special one-year window (Feb 5, 2026 to Feb 4, 2027) for transfer and dematerialisation of physical securities bought or sold before April 1, 2019. The facility also covers earlier transfer requests that were rejected or left pending due to documentation issues. Transferred shares will be credited only in demat form and carry a one-year lock-in.
