Media Release for Proposed association with Myzek Logistics Pvt, Ltd.
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Sellwin Traders Ltd has signed an MOU with Myzek Logistics, a last-mile delivery platform serving Zomato, Blinkit and JioMart under the 'Dropon' brand. Under the deal, Sellwin plans to acquire up to 20% in Myzek initially, with an option to increase to 35% in phases, through a share swap valued at Rs. 15 per share — a 68% premium to the current Rs. 8.93 share price. Sellwin will also provide up to Rs. 5 crore in funding, possibly as a convertible instrument. Myzek has 68,000+ users, 5.03 lakh orders delivered, and projects Rs. 15.50 crore revenue for FY26. The release also recaps ongoing deals with Patel Container (36% stake), Kumkum Wellness (up to 60%), and US-based Shivam Contracting (up to 60%). For H1FY26, Sellwin reported net profit of Rs. 5.86 crore (up 283% YoY) on revenue of Rs. 36.53 crore (up 13% YoY).
The Rs. 15 share-swap price versus the current Rs. 8.93 signals management's confidence in value creation, but all deals remain non-binding and subject to due diligence, valuation, and regulatory approvals — so execution risk is meaningful. Shareholders may see near-term positive sentiment from the quick-commerce angle, with long-term returns hinging on successful closure of these multiple parallel transactions.
