Allotment of Equity shares under MedPlus ESOP Scheme 2021

Medplus Health Services has allotted 82,419 equity shares to eligible employees upon exercise of stock options under ESOP 2021. The exercise prices ranged from Rs. 232 to Rs. 628 per share. Following the allotment, the company's paid-up share capital increased from Rs. 24.01 crore to Rs. 24.03 crore, with total shares rising from 12,00,54,642 to 12,01,37,061. The new shares rank pari passu with existing shares and carry no lock-in restrictions. This is a routine employee stock option exercise approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board.
