Update under Regulation 30 read with Para A Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Optival Health Solutions Private Limited, a subsidiary of Medplus Health Services, has received two drug license suspension orders from Drugs Control Administration authorities in Karnataka. The first order from the Madikeri Circle suspended the license for a store on Kohinoor Road, Madikeri for two days, with a potential revenue loss of Rs 0.54 lakhs. The second order from Bangalore Circle-4 suspended the license for a store in Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage for three days, with a potential revenue loss of Rs 1.98 lakhs. Both suspensions were issued under Rule 65 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945. The combined potential revenue impact across both stores is Rs 2.52 lakhs.
