Meera Industries' board approved its unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 on November 14, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations came in at Rs. 967.38 lakhs for the quarter (down from Rs. 1,089.57 lakhs a year ago, an ~11% decline) and Rs. 1,915.53 lakhs for H1 (down from Rs. 2,080.74 lakhs, an ~8% decline). Standalone profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 52.85 lakhs in Q2 (vs Rs. 128.86 lakhs YoY) and Rs. 117.62 lakhs for H1 (vs Rs. 219.25 lakhs YoY, a ~46% drop). On the consolidated level, H1 revenue was Rs. 2,021.06 lakhs and PAT was Rs. 133.35 lakhs. The Plastic Division swung to a segment loss of Rs. 107.81 lakhs in H1, while the Machine Division remained profitable. The auditor (K A Sanghavi & Co LLP) issued an unmodified limited review report with no emphasis of matter.
The significant YoY decline in both revenue and profits, combined with losses in the Plastic Division, is a negative signal for shareholders. On the positive side, the board declared a Rs. 0.50 per share interim dividend (exclusively for public shareholders as promoters waived their dividend rights), and the auditor gave a clean opinion. Investors should also note the resignation of long-serving CFO Mr. Vinod Ojha effective November 30, 2025.
