Meera Industries Ltd, a Surat-based textile machinery manufacturer, filed its 19th Annual Report for FY 2024-25 along with the notice for its AGM scheduled on September 11, 2025. Standalone revenue grew strongly to Rs. 4,058.38 lakhs from Rs. 3,018.35 lakhs in the previous year, while standalone profit after tax jumped to Rs. 389.47 lakhs from Rs. 146.53 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, the company swung from a loss of Rs. 146.04 lakhs to a profit of Rs. 372.18 lakhs. The company also launched a new Cast Polypropylene (CPP) film division in flexible packaging, expected to contribute Rs. 20-25 crore in revenue at full capacity in FY 2025-26. Exports expanded to over 39 countries, and EBITDA margin improved to 15.34%.
Strong topline growth of ~34% and a sharp turnaround in profitability signal a positive year for shareholders. The new CPP film division adds a high-growth diversification avenue, though dividend was declared only on public category shares (promoters waived their rights).
