Meesho Limited reported audited consolidated results for FY26 with revenue from operations of Rs. 1,26,263.48 million, up 34.5% from Rs. 93,899.03 million in FY25. The company narrowed its loss significantly to Rs. 13,577.38 million from Rs. 39,417.05 million in the prior year. For Q4 FY26 alone, revenue was Rs. 35,312.12 million. Separately, the Board approved investment of up to Rs. 100 Crores in Meesho Payments Private Limited (MPPL), a subsidiary engaged as a Lending Service Provider. MPPL reported turnover of Rs. 1,104.65 lakhs and net loss of Rs. 2,471.67 lakhs for FY26. The investment is a related party transaction and must be completed by July 30, 2026. Meesho completed its IPO in December 2025 and recently incorporated Valma Transportation Private Limited for logistics operations.
The substantial revenue growth and narrowing losses indicate improving unit economics, which is positive for shareholders of this newly listed e-commerce company. The Rs. 100 Crore investment in the loss-making payments subsidiary signals continued commitment to building financial services capabilities but will add to cash burn.
