Meesho Limited's Board approved the audited financial results for Q4 and FY26 ending March 31, 2026. Consolidated revenue grew 34.5% year-on-year to Rs. 1,26,263.48 million, while consolidated loss narrowed significantly to Rs. 13,577.38 million from Rs. 39,417.05 million in FY25. The company also approved investment of up to Rs. 100 Crores in Meesho Payments Private Limited (MPPL), its Lending Service Provider subsidiary. MPPL reported turnover of Rs. 1,104.65 lakhs and net loss of Rs. 2,471.67 lakhs for FY26. Meesho completed its IPO in December 2025. The Board noted a tax demand of Rs. 14,997.38 million from AY 2023-24, against which the company has filed a rectification request and appeal.
The significant reduction in consolidated loss despite strong revenue growth indicates improving unit economics. The Rs. 100 Crore capital infusion into MPPL signals continued focus on financial services expansion. However, ongoing operating losses and tax disputes remain watchpoints for investors.
