The Board of Directors of Mefcom Capital Markets Ltd met on 12 Feb 2026 and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025. For Q3 FY26 (standalone), revenue from operations stood at Rs. 2,413.18 lakhs (up from Rs. 1,701.41 lakhs in Q3 FY25), but the company posted a loss of Rs. 122.15 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 95.44 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. For the nine months FY26 (standalone), revenue dropped sharply to Rs. 8,751.17 lakhs from Rs. 18,391.06 lakhs in 9M FY25, while profit for the period rose to Rs. 272.64 lakhs (after tax) from Rs. 101.02 lakhs. The subsidiary Mefcom Securities Ltd (consolidated) reported revenues of Rs. 482.98 lakhs and a net loss of Rs. 22.73 lakhs for Q2 FY26 (Sept 2025). The Board also appointed Mr. Sujeet Krishna More as Compliance Officer of the Merchant Banking Division. Auditor Satya Prakash Garg & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
Mixed picture: revenue swung sharply between quarters (strong YoY growth in Q3 alone but steep 9M decline), and the latest quarter slipped into a standalone loss, suggesting weak quarter-end performance though nine-month profits improved significantly. Investors should watch for sustained revenue recovery and whether the loss-making Q3 trend continues in Q4.
