He is an entrepreneur and finance professional with experience in financial services, technology, and infrastructure investments. Mr. Navratan Baid joins as a Non-Executive Independent Director. He is a commerce graduate with decades of business experience in manufacturing, marketing, and import/distribution since 1980. Both directors are not related to any existing directors and do not hold any shares in the company.
