Megamont Ltd (formerly V.R. Woodart Limited) has announced closure of the trading window for dealing in its equity shares from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The closure applies to all designated persons, including directors, promoters, promoter group members, persons acting in concert, their immediate relatives, and other connected persons, in line with SEBI Insider Trading Regulations and the company's own code of conduct. The date of the board meeting to approve the Q1 results will be communicated later.
