Meghmani Organics submitted its Q4 FY26 investor presentation. Q4 standalone revenue fell 9% YoY to ₹456.6 crore with EBITDA dropping 59% to ₹26.2 crore due to softer export demand and rising input costs. However, FY26 full year shows strength with revenue up 4% to ₹2,092 crore and PAT jumping 89% to ₹125.3 crore. Crop Protection dominates at 78% of revenue (₹1,631 crore) with 14.9% EBITDA margin, while Pigments contributes 22% (₹461 crore) but struggles with only 3.3% margin due to 35% YoY production decline. The company operates in four segments: Crop Protection, Pigments, Crop Nutrition (Nano Urea), and TiO2 via subsidiary KCL. A scheme of amalgamation is pending for KCL and MCNL merging into MOL, with NCLT meetings scheduled for June 2026.
The Q4 results show margin pressure from input costs and weak export demand, particularly in the Pigments segment. FY26 annual profitability improved significantly but Q4 deterioration may weigh on near-term sentiment despite strong full-year performance.
