Menon Bearings Limited shared its Q4 & FY25 investor presentation showing consolidated revenue of Rs. 242.52 Cr, up 14% YoY from Rs. 212.62 Cr. EBITDA grew 4.25% to Rs. 45.16 Cr and PAT rose 2.37% to Rs. 24.93 Cr, but EBITDA margins slipped from 20.37% to 18.62% and PAT margins from 11.46% to 10.28%, reflecting cost pressure. Bimetal remained the largest segment at Rs. 167.88 Cr, with Alkop at Rs. 67.92 Cr and Braking Systems at Rs. 7.98 Cr (nearly doubling YoY). The company disclosed a business pipeline of Rs. 100 Cr to be brought under production over 2 years, a new EV entry via Porsche through Ireland-based Eaton, and tractor client approval worth Rs. 55 Cr per year starting May 2025. Capex of Rs. 32 Cr across Bi-Metal and Alkop divisions is largely completed, and exports are growing over 25% per annum with USA targeted to add Rs. 30 Cr yearly.
Revenue growth is healthy but margin compression is a concern for near-term profitability. The disclosed order pipeline, EV segment entry, and essentially debt-free balance sheet (Net Debt/Equity ~0.03) provide good forward visibility, potentially supporting investor sentiment despite the margin slippage.
