Menon Pistons Ltd reported audited FY25 results at its board meeting on May 28, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 21,235 lakhs (vs Rs. 21,087 lakhs in FY24), but net profit fell sharply to Rs. 1,732 lakhs from Rs. 2,420 lakhs last year. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 25,366 lakhs with net profit of Rs. 2,389 lakhs. The board has recommended a final dividend of Re.1 per share (100% of face value), subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed Mr. Abhay Golwalkar as Internal Auditor, M/s. C S Adawadkar & Co. as Cost Auditor, M/s. DVD & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26-FY30), and Mr. Pramod Suryavanshi as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Statutory auditor P G Bhagwat LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Despite a 100% dividend announcement, the sharp drop in standalone profit (around 28% lower YoY) may weigh on near-term sentiment. The full board composition with key KMP and auditors now in place should provide stability going into FY26.
