Menon Pistons will hold its 49th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 5th August 2026 at 4:00 PM through Video Conferencing. The AGM notice and Annual Report for FY2025-26 were sent electronically to members on 11th July 2026. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is 28th July 2026. The Register of Members will remain closed from 29th July to 5th August 2026. Remote e-voting window opens on 2nd August (9 AM) and closes on 4th August (5 PM) via MUFG Intime platform.
Routine AGM compliance filing. Book closure from 29th July to 5th August means no share transfers in that window. No material action required from shareholders.
