Outcome of 40th AGM held on 30th September,2025

Mercury Trade Links Limited held its 40th AGM on 30th September 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at its registered office in Ahmedabad, chaired by Managing Director Aashray P Lakhani. Shareholders considered six items of business, including adoption of the audited financial statements for FY ending 31st March 2025 and reappointment of Mr. Chaprajbhai Vikrambhai Algotar as Executive Director by rotation. Three new directors were regularized: Mr. Prashant Nareshbhai Nayak as Executive Director, Ms. Kajalben Maheshbhai Parmar as Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Dharamsingh Tarasingh Juni as Non-Executive Director. The company also appointed M/s. SCS and Co. LLP as its practicing company secretary. Voting took place via CDSL remote e-voting from 27-29 September and ballot voting at the meeting, with M/s Dharti Patel and Associates acting as scrutinizer. The detailed voting results were to be filed with BSE within two working days.
